How does in-store pickup work?
Place your order online, select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready. Once you get the confirmation email or text, just head to the store and pick it up!

You’ll get an email (and/or text, if opted in) as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please be sure to wait for the confirmation before coming in.
Bring your order confirmation (email or screenshot is fine) and a valid photo ID. If someone else is picking it up for you, make sure they have your order number available.
You’ll have 7 days to pick up your order once it’s marked ready. If it’s not picked up within that time, the order will be canceled and refunded.

No worries! Just let us know by contacting us at [email protected] or 773-360-8052 and we’ll do our best to hold it a little longer. If your order is not picked up within 7 days, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Our pickup hours are Saturday 11am-3pm and Sunday 1pm-3pm. Please make arrangements to arrive for pickup during this window only after receiving notification that your order is ready.
One of our lovely retail advisors will greet you upon arrival! Please let them know you’re there for a pickup. We’ll take care of the rest!
