Do you restock sold out items?

We currently release items in limited quantities by collection. To stay tuned for restocks, please add your name to the waitlist on each item page by clicking "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE".

Does the wishlist feature guarantee an item?

Our wishlist feature allows for you to checkout in one click (if you have an existing account). However, items may still sell out during the checkout process.

I received a notification that something was back in stock, but I'm unable to purchase it. What happened?

If you received a back-in-stock notification but the item shows sold out now, it means another KHOI babe was able to buy the piece quicker than you! Sometimes, we may add a piece here or there that is found in our inventory and release the piece to t

I ordered something early on launch day that now says pre-order. Do I have to wait 6-8 weeks?

Please refer to your confirmation email - if the order confirmation does not say "pre-order" your order will be shipped as normal. Certain pieces will enter pre-order phase to allow other KHOI babes to place an order if the piece is in high demand.

I'm on your website at 8am but don't see the new products available.

KHOI is housed in Chicago, Illinois. All product launches are in Central Standard Time - we encourage you to convert this to your current location and time zone to shop the new launch. If we are running late, please be patient and continue to refresh

The item I want sold out online. Can I get it in-store?

Please contact the retail team at 773-360-8052 during business hours to confirm availability of products that are sold out online. Store hours:. Saturday 10am-4pm. Sunday 12pm-4pm.

Everything shows sold out on launch day. Why can't I purchase?

All of the new items will show sold out prior to the official release. If you are on the website before the collection launches, you will not be able to checkout. This allows all KHOI babes to be able to purchase at the same time.

Items say sold out during wishlisting, how can it be sold out ahead of launch day?

Our wishlisting features allow for you to place items in your list for an easier checkout process. Please note that inventory is not released ahead of launch and for this reason your Wishlist may show “sold out”

I am online at 8:00am and I see nothing.

Our collections are launched during CST (Central time). Please ensure that you have checked your local time listings to understand what this time means for you.

Can I request extra packaging for an item?

We are unable to offer extra complimentary packaging for current or previous orders. Should you need specific packaging, we invite you to shop our range of packaging here.

Can I preorder an item that says sold out?

At this time, we do not offer preorder for items that are not marked as preorder. Please add your email to the waitlist by clicking "notify me when available" on the product page that you are interested in.
