Returns are accepted in-store. You can initiate a return online using our portal and select the drop off in store option. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to our store with your order information for return. Returns are to be made within 14 days of delivery (or purchase if in-store). Products must be unworn with tags attached and/or damages not due to the customer. Return acceptance is at the discretion of KHOI. All returns will be processed for store credit or exchange only.
