Thank you for choosing KHOI for your accessory needs! We’re committed to ensuring your pieces arrive in perfect condition and complement your amazing style.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item was shipped to a U.S. address (we do not accept returns for international orders).
Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all KHOI tags, packaging, and dust bags included.
The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
The item arrived damaged or defective within the 14-day return period.
The return is approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item is not marked as final sale or listed "as-is." Final sale also applies to items from our Semi-Annual Sale, Sample Sale, and XILA Bag purchases. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Damaged packagingwill not qualify for replacement.

If a return is denied upon inspection, you will receive an email notification with the denial reason and photographic evidence.
Return Processing and Fees
Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the prepaid shipping label.
Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit or refund.
Store credit is the only form of refund issued.
If the error was ours (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damage upon arrival), we will waive the return shipping fee.
Payment Platform Returns
Orders made using third-party installment apps (AfterPay, Klarna, etc.) are only eligible for store credit upon return.
Instant Exchanges
Instant Exchange is available for in-stock items.
A $1 authorization hold will be placed on your card to secure the exchange item, releasing your order to our shipping queue before we receive the return.
If the return isn’t received by the shipping carrier within 14 days, you’ll be charged the full item amount.
The authorization hold will be removed once we receive the return.
Any additional store credit from the exchange will be processed once your return is complete.
If an item is out of stock in our return portal, we cannot offer an exchange. Please proceed with a return for store credit or choose a different item.
Note: Returns using any shipping method other than the one provided by our return portal are ineligible for refund or reimbursement.
