Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we are not directly responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit, we absolutely want to help you figure it out.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your order appears to be lost, please reach out to us right away. Our team will assist you with the next steps and work directly with the carrier toward a resolution based on their investigation.
Shipping fees are also non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged packages
