A $7.00 fee will be deducted from the issued store credit to cover the cost of pre-paid postage. Original shipping charges are ineligible for store credit or refund. Refunds are issued by store credit only. If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) the return shipping costs will be waived. </span></p>
